His background includes patented industrial technology concepts, AI Predictive Analytics, upstream energy technologies, UV-C applications, and leadership roles across North America and international markets.

A U.S. Army veteran, inventor, and elected public servant, Ernest combines technical credibility with practical operational leadership. His work has included industrial reliability initiatives, predictive maintenance technologies, energy-sector innovation, and advisory engagement related to international economic development and hydrogen infrastructure.
